Victims and survivors of the genocide, Tutsis and Hutus, no longer want inter-ethnic apartheid imposed by the CNLG and the RPF and claim the same rights as a key step towards national reconciliation.
The real Tutsi survivors of the genocide are sensitive and non-racist people. They claim (still timidly) that we also honor the memory of Rwandan Hutus massacred since 1990 by the Tutsi army led by Paul Kagame in Rwanda and Congo.
Let's hope that, in order to reduce inter-ethnic tensions and promote national reconciliation, the CNLG, Ibuka and other organizations claiming to fight for the memory of all and against the genocide, will soon launch a laudable but belated directive inviting all Rwandans, especially the Tutsi, to no longer minimize or ignore the suffering of Hutus and treat all victims and survivors in the same way ...
